I experienced a room upgrade upon arrival. The hotel featured very clean seating areas. I found prompt responses when I asked questions!

the hotel's location is quite convenient, as it is near the seafront. the lounge area provided comfortable seating. the food i had at the hotel was good.
i noticed a slight delay when the staff sorted a faulty bulb in my room.

i found the fresh cooked breakfast quite nice. the views over the bay from the dining area were gorgeous (especially in the morning light!). the staff kept the area clean and well-stocked.

lovely location friendly staff clean room
I found a great location near the sea. Staff members provide great service and were helpful with my needs. Breakfast features many choices that were excellently prepared. The room was very clean and it included a side sea view.
The hotel seemed tired inside, for example, heavily worn carpet looked in hallways.

the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. i found the breakfast selection satisfying with fresh ingredients. the staff addressed my inquiries quickly and professionally. I also appreciated the availability of on-site parking, it made arrival and departure easy.
some areas showed slight signs of wear and tear, requiring future maintenance.
